We currently have over 700 homes throughout Aberdeenshire: 300 homes transferred from Aberdeenshire Council and over 300 homes newly built. All our tenants have Scottish Secure Tenancies, the standard tenancy required by law for all Housing Associations and local authorities throughout Scotland.

In recent years we have seen an increase in the number of tenants purchasing large trampolines. AHP have no objection to the use of trampolines, as long as they are not causing a nuisance to other residents and being used in a safe manner.
