Anti Social Behaviour
As a tenant of Aberdeenshire Housing Partnership you signed a tenancy agreement containing your conditions of tenancy. These conditions are intended to allow all residents peaceful enjoyment of their home. |

How to Apply for Housing
We currently have over 700 homes throughout Aberdeenshire: 300 homes transferred from Aberdeenshire Council and over 300 homes newly built. All our tenants have Scottish Secure Tenancies, the standard tenancy required by law for all Housing Associations and local authorities throughout Scotland. |

How To Pay Your Rent
You can pay your rent in various ways like direct debit, cheque, at the Post Office, debit/credit card, at Paypoint/Payzone outlets, in person at the AHP office in Kemnay and on the internet. More information can be found on the main page. |
