Staff

Our staff team are divided between 3 departments and are led by Chief Executive, Colin Hawkins.

Colin Hawkins (Chief Executive)
Colin has worked in Housing for over 30 years. Prior to his appointment as the first Chief Executive of AHP in 2002, Colin was Aberdeenshire Council's Housing & Social Work Service's Head of Strategic Development. He has served on the Board of the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations and is a current board member of Inspire (PTL) Ltd a charity dedicated to providing services to people with learning disabilities. Colin is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing, and a Director of AHP Developments Ltd.

Housing Services
The Housing Services team consists of the Housing Services Director, Senior Housing Officer, 4 Housing Officers, Housing Administration Assistant and Housing Repairs Inspector.

Finance and Corporate Services
The Finance and Corporate Services team consists of the Finance and Corporate Services Director, Financial Accountant, Tenant Services Administrator and 3 Administration Assistants. The PA to the Chief Executive is also a member of this team.
