BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Renumeration package circa £50,000 per annum

AHP is a fast growing RSL based in Aberdeenshire. We are looking to recruit a Business Development Director to spearhead further new housing development.

Your remit will include the development of new services for tenants and you will be expected to lead strategic and policy development in new business development, identifying opportunities to grow existing business and develop new income streams.

A major part of your role will the the appointment and the monitoring of consultants and service providers to ensure that performance standards are met. You will need a track record in development and management within social housing. Experience working with voluntary Boards or committees would be an advantage.
