Repairs Survey 2010

We know that the repairs service is one of the most important services we provide to tenants and we want to know more about what you think of the services we provide. Over the past few weeks we have been talking to AHP about a survey of the repairs service which we hope you will take a few moments to take part in. The repairs survey questionnaire will be posted to you and should be returned to us no later than 30th April 2010. Every completed survey will be entered into a prize draw to win £50 worth of vouchers for the Supermarket of your choice ? even more reason to take part! The results of the questionnaire will help us improve the service. The results of the survey will be published on the website and in the Newsletter.
