New Shared Ownership at Kintore

Grampian Housing Association's development at Kintore provides affordable
housing in this popular commuting village where we are pleased to be
offering for sale four 3 bedroom semi-detached houses and eight 2 bedroom
semi-detached houses.

As part of LIFT, the Scottish Government's Low-cost Initiative for First-Time
Buyers, this scheme allows you to buy an equity share of between 51% and
80% of the property. The remaining equity share will be held by Grampian
Housing Association (no rent is paid on this share).
