Information Update
AHP have employed a Project Assistant to speed the information gathering process needed for updating our records. It is good practice for AHP to update and check the accuracy of any information on a regular basis. This is needed to ensure tenants are paying a fair rent for the property they live in. Soon all properties of the same type will be charged the same rent ? this is called "Rent Harmonisation"
Tess who joined AHP on 5th November has almost completed this process of gathering information about our property types and updating the records we hold. Some information was gathered by our Housing Officers but a few outstanding pieces are now being gathered by telephone.
