Development Update - Huntly Work has also started on site at one of AHP's largest development to date. The new GBP8,148,806 housing which is being built next to Tesco's at Huntly will include 49 houses for rent and 12 for sale through shared equity. The development is again being built by Robertsons and will complete next winter. |

New Affordable Housing at Sauchen and Alford AHP has completed two new affordable housing developments at Sauchen and Alford. The charity has been working closely with developers Stewart Milne Homes and Kirkwood Homes on the projects, which were both let at the end of March. |
