As part of our on-going commitment to developing and improving services Aberdeenshire Housing Partnership is implementing a new computer system.

Our existing system is now 10 years old and it is important to have modern information technology. The new system will provide us with the opportunity to focus on service delivery and increasing efficiency. It is in particular designed to enable us to improve our landlord services such as dealing with repairs; rents and communications with tenants. We are anticipating the transfer over to the new system going ahead very soon.

We wish to let all tenants and customers know we are doing this as invariably during a major switchover of computer systems there is some level of disruption. Please bear with us during this period while the new systems take effect.

It may be there is some disruption to dealing with non-urgent matters. However, please rest assured we will get new systems fully operational as quickly as possible after the switchover.
